Major General Wayne P. Jackson
Chairman of the Board
Major General Wayne P. Jackson (USA-Ret.) has led a distinguished 37-year career of military service with the United States Army, Air Force and Navy, retiring from active duty in 1984. He has remained an active member of the defense and intelligence communities, and is currently an active speaker and participant in both military and civilian forums.
During his military career, General Jackson has served in various overseas theaters of operations and in a variety of assignments. He has commanded Aviation, Civil Affairs, Infantry, Military Intelligence, Signal Corps and Special Forces units, as well as two General Office Commands and also as the Director of Counter Intelligence and Security, Headquarters Department of the Army. In addition, General Jackson also served as Chief, Division of Probation Administrative Office of the United States Court, Washington, D.C.
General Jackson has been awarded the Parachute Badge, the Expert Infantry Badge and the Master Aviator Badge. His decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal and several other military awards and decorations. He earned a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology at the University of Tulsa, and performed other post-graduate work at the Illinois Institute of Technology and at the University of Southern California.
He also graduated from the basic and advanced Officers Course at the Signal and Military Intelligence schools, advanced courses at the Civil Affairs and Infantry schools, and the US Army Command and General Staff College and the US Army War College.
General Jackson and his wife Lahoma reside in Jupiter, Florida. They enjoy spending time with their two daughters, Jacky and Jennifer, and son Wayne Jr., who retired from the US Army in 1995, as well as four grandchildren, all in Jupiter.

Author of a white paper on national security that was presented to the United States Senate following the events of September 11, 2001, Mr. Hotz has a long and esteemed background in national security, and national defense issues.
Mr. Hotz served as consultant and advisor with DAC Consulting Inc. on National Security and National Defense issues since 2007. From 1997 to 2007 he served as agent in charge of a Federal Inspector General's office supervising agents in enforcement of Federal Laws and Regulations. Prior to that, from 1971 to 1997, he served as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent of the U.S. Secret Service with responsibility for the physical protection of the President and Vice President of the United States and their families, as well as heads of state and foreign dignitaries, in the United States and locations around the world. Additionally, under his jurisdiction personal and field reviews were conducted on the newest technology used throughout the world. Mr. Hotz served in the United States Marine Corps from 1967 to 1969 fighting at the battle of Khe Sanh. His military and personal decorations include the Purple Heart Medal, the Combat Action Ribbon, the Presidential Unit Citation, the National Defense Medal, the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, the Vietnamese Service Medal, and the Vietnamese Campaign Medal.
