Daniel Erdberg

VP of Operations

Mr. Erdberg joined the company in June 2005 to assist in the area of VoIP software development and became president of VoIP Operations in September 2005.  Prior to joining the company, he was founder and president of a private VoIP company which was acquired by a publicly traded company after two years of operation. As well, Mr. Erdberg was directly involved in several mergers and acquisitions involving telecommunications companies with annual revenues over $100 million, and has been the architect of many platforms recognized within the VoIP industry for advanced features and uniqueness. Mr. Erdberg expanded into managing the development of the company's wireless web interfaces and managed deployments of the company’s wireless networks. Currently, he oversees the operations of Sanswire’s Joint Venture with TAO Technologies and is instrumental in developing business relationships for Sanswire within the United States.  Mr. Erdberg graduated from Florida International University with a degree in International Business.

Thomas Seifert

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Seifert has served as a consultant to the company since April 2007 and has more than thirteen years of experience in financial management. Prior to Sanswire, Mr. Seifert served 5 years as CFO of a public telecommunications company. He has raised several million dollars from various investors over the past six years and has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Seifert has been involved in transactions with Intervoice-Brite (INTV) and the Mark Travel Corporation, a subsidiary of United Airlines and United Vacations. Past positions include CFO of 2Sendit.com, Controller for Integrated Telephony Products, and Controller for Mountain Vacations.
